I wasn't all that crazy about the wings Dark Cryo had thanks to the Generator, so I decided to give him new wings. And as a bonus, U gave an optional snake eye that one could put over the regular eye.

Mane is overwhelming, turn it down in value.
make the teeth normal.
eyes should not be red. a burnt orange would work well for a darker coat.
Make the legs normal. If there are markings, they should be subtle and natural.
Should have an original mane style, not Rainbow Dash's or Vinyl Scratch's.
Remove the wings and horn.
*Consider making him a dragon with the design.
Simplify the cutie mark to a specific talent.
No pony generator. WE want to see your talent. Not a doll maker.
